The Energy Efficiency, Comfortable Home Boiler/Furnace Cleaning and Inspection is a yearly safety and efficiency check up of your home’s oil or gas feed boiler and/or furnace.
Plan includes the following:
-7/24 Day-Night coverage
-$75/hour +tax* service rate during normal business hours;
$122.50/hour +tax* service rate for after hour calls
-An Annual 20 point check list Tune-up is included:
•Check, clean and calibrate thermostat.
•Inspect filter and change or clean as needed.
•Check all electrical components and controls.
•Oil motors as needed.
•Inspect heat exchanger for possible cracks. A crack in the
heat exchanger will introduce carbon monoxide into the
living space.
•Check air flow. If diminished, it may be necessary to clean the
evaporator coil.
• Remove, brush and vacuum exhaust pipe, reseal exhaust pipe.
• Clean burner fan and housing.

•Standard Tune-up parts included at no charge: Nozzle, Oil filter,
Pump Gasket, air filter if required

Air Conditioning Annual Start-up & inspection Service Plan

The Energy Efficiency, Comfortable Home Air Conditioning Annual Start-up and Inspection is a yearly safety and efficiency check up of your home’s Central Air Conditioning System.
Plan includes the following:
-7/24 Day-Night coverage
-$75/hour +tax* service rate during normal business hours;
$122.50/hour +tax* service rate for after hour calls
-Preparation of the system for hot weather operation
-Inspect and adjust temperature controls
-Lubrication of pumps, motors and bearings according to manufacturers
Specifications’
-Check and tighten all electrical connections
-Check all bearings, motors, compressors, shafts, sheaves for alignment,
noise level, vibration and general condition
-Check all refrigeration connections for oil and leaks
-Check for proper refrigeration pressures and temperatures
-Check voltage and amperage according to manufacturer’s specifications
-Inspect and clean Air Handler heat transfer surfaces
-Inspect and clean Compressor unit and heat transfer surfaces
-Check drain operation
- Replace air filters
-$200 Credit for equipment replacement cost
Note: Due to market fluctuation and individual needs refrigeration required to bring the system to proper operating condition is not included in this plan.

Hot Water Heater Service Plan

The Energy Efficiency, Comfortable Home hot water heater Inspection is a yearly safety and efficiency check up of your home’s Central Air Conditioning System.
Plan includes the following:
-7/24 Day-Night coverage
-$75/hour +tax* service rate during normal business hours;
$122.50/hour+tax* service rate for after hour calls
-An Annual 13 point check list Tune-up is included:
•Remove, brush, and vacuum exhaust pipe, reseal exhaust pipe.
•Replace oil filter cartridge and gasket, clean oil filter pan.
•Remove and replace nozzle.
•Clean and adjust electrodes.
•Perform combustion efficiency test.
